  • Knowing the budget for every resource
  • Categorizing staffing requirement – contractual, permanent, or contract-to-hire

Step 2: Initiating recruiting process and candidate verifications

  • Start the searching process in already available database of candidates or in job sites
  • Match the candidates resumes with client’s staffing requirements
  • Send an email to candidates and ask their preferences about job change, preferred location, and expected salary and also talk to the candidate
  • Track candidate replies
  • Do the reference check, background and education verification of a candidate

Step 3: Shortlisting of candidates

  • Share the candidates' list with clients for screening
  • Clients shortlist the candidates for first round of interview
  • Inform shortlisted candidates about the time of interview
  • Get information from the client about the candidates' status for the next round
  • Again schedule the interviews and inform candidates about time and venue (Same steps followed for till final round of interview)
  • Gather the interview results from respective clients

Step 4: Selecting the candidates

  • Inform candidates about the selection and required documents to be submitted to the client
  • Release of the offer letter from client’s end
